NOT SURPRISING! JGR TO BECOME THE OFFICIAL FACTORY SUZUKI TEAM IN 2018

JGRteam

A week after dumping the particular RCH team, Suzuki has announced, to no one’ s shock, that Joe Gibb’ s Autotrader/Yoshimura/Suzuki team will take over in both the 450 and 250 classes next year. JGR joined with Suzuki past due last year after a falling out with Yamaha—but only got a one-year deal because of how late they made the switch from blue to yellow. Now, JGR has been raised to the primary Suzuki factory team. The RCH team, that was profitable in 2016 with Ken Roczen, is gone after the AMA National end. The core reason for RCH disappearing is that they had very limited outside sponsorship for their Broc Tickle and Mr. bieber Bogle effort. Without outside cash coming in, it was impossible for RCH to continue.

JGR’ ersus structure will stay the same as it was in 2017 with two 250 bikers (on each coast) and two 450 riders. Coy Gibbs will stay at the top of the hierarchy, while team manager Jeremy Albrecht will direct the effort. The team riders for your team have not been announced.
